LAYWAY TERMS:

* In stock items only.  

* Layaway total must be at least $500.00 and cannot exceed $3000.00

* 20% of the total amount is due immediately.

* 1/4 of the layaway balance is due every 30 days.

   --Payments can be made using cash, credit/debit cards, cashier's checks, or money orders. We do not accept personal checks.

* Buyer may cancel, in writing, within 5 days from purchase date without penalty (Gunbroker layaways cannot be cancelled).

*   Failure to make payment within 10 days of due date is an automatic cancellation.

   --Customer will forfeit 20% of total already paid and the remainder will be refunded within 30 days.

*   Layaway may be cancelled, in writing, at anytime.

   --Customer will forfeit 20% of total already paid and remainder will be refunded within 30 days.

* Local Customers: If unable to pass the NICS check (if the item is a firearm) on the day balance is paid in full, layaway will auto cancel.

   --Customer will forfeit 20% of total paid and the remainder will be refunded within 30 days.

   --If response to NICS check is "delayed", and a proceed is not received within 30 days of NICS check, buyer must have a valid CCW to proceed with transfer otherwise layaway will auto cancel and customer will forfeit 20% of total paid and remainder will be refunded within 30 days.  

* Out of State Customers: If layaway is a firearm and it is returned due to a NICS failure or the item is not allowed in your state, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. Shipping is not refundable. 

Process:

* Find the item(s) you want on our site:

* Make sure it is in stock (if it is not, it will say Put Me onWaiting List)

* Do the items add up to over $500 before shipping and tax (tax for Ohio only)?

* Call or Text us at 330.227.4676 to setup

* Pay your 20% down with the link she sends you.

* Pay remainder every thirty days as instructed.
