Hornady BLACK ammunition features versatile loads optimized for excellent performance from America's favorite guns. Loaded with legendary Hornady bullets, Hornady BLACK ammunition is designed to fit, feed and function in a variety of platforms.

The new 6mm ARC cartridge was designed for the U.S. DoD Multipurpose Combat Rifle program. It's a middle point between a .223 Rem in the AR15 platform and a .308 Win in the AR10 platform. The goal of the 6mm ARC is to offer a high-BC projectile in the AR15 platform. Depending on rifle specifics/setup, the end result is approximately 50% less recoil and 30% less weight than .308 Win, with an increase in magazine capacity.

·         New York —No Sales to New York City, or its five Burroughs. All others must go to an FFL.

·         New Jersey — When ordering ammunition commonly used in a handgun/to be used in a handgun, e-mail us a copy of your Firearms ID. We must ship to the address on the FID.

·         Puerto Rico —No Sales.

·         Washington D.C. — No sales.
