Q: Hello, I'm ready to place a first time order for this item and would like to verify the availability. It says in the description NFA item. I don't understand that statement as uppers are not serialized. Lastly, are the any coupon codes available? Thank you, Mike Ianiro 561-386-3535

A: If you can add it to your cart, it is in stock. If you attach this to a pistol braced lower, you are fine. If you attach it to a lower with a standard stock, it becomes NFA and would require you to have an SBR registered lower.
