Current ship time is approx 3-4 days (not including Sat/Sun) from time of order placement

Your credit card is charged for all items at time of ordering-not at shipment.

Purchasing an item that is stated as out of stock will delay the entire order.

Cancellation of said out of stock items will incur a 15% restocking fee.

• No international sales.

• Orders shipped via UPS Ground or Priority Mail depending on cost of order. Orders over $100 are likely to be processed via UPS.

• An express option for an additional $30 is available at checkout. This means it will be shipped UPS Express (Either Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Select depending on shipping region and cost) at time of processing. It does not guarantee receipt the next day.

• Shipping costs are as follows:

All orders: $7.00*

*Large items and restricted items, such as guns and ammo, have an additional shipping charge.

• G&R is not responsible for items that are delivered but not received (for example, due to theft off a porch). Please request Signature Confirmation if it is not safe to leave a package.

• Limited products can be shipped to APO/FPO Addresses. We apologize for the this inconvenience to our troops. Unfortunately, many of the products we sell  cannot go to APO/FPO addresses due to new laws (see http://www.epic.org/crypto/export_controls/itar.html ). Email us for further info and alternate shipping options.

• We prefer customers order via the website. Customers can pay with VISA, or MasterCard, or

• If problems with on-line ordering, call us at (330) 343-2800 to place your order with Visa, MC, or

• To pay with money order, please use contact address.

• Ohio residents pay 6.5% sales tax.

• Please note: Your card is processed at time of ordering. If an item is in stock on the site and discovered out of stock at shipping, your card will be credited  for the item in a separate transaction.

Refund/Return Policy- PRINT RETURN FORM HERE

• All products are new and under warranty. If product is defective, please contact manufacturer directly for replacement. Used items cannot be returned (this includes opening the packaging and firearms that have been transferred). Be sure to inspect your firearm at your dealer, once transferred you cannot return it.

• Actual shipping costs for returns/exchanges are not reimbursable.

• If no shipping was charged and all items are returned, the initial shipping cost will be charged.

• 15% Restocking Fee on all returns including those orders placed online and cancelled prior to shipment.

• 30 day exchange/return policy from purchase date (above restocking fee applies and the item must be unused). You must first receive approval before doing this, email us or call.
